Frequently Asked Questions
How does shipping work?
Submit your order on the ECM Repair page and choose Standard or Priority, Domestic or International. We email you a prepaid to/from shipping label — return shipping is included in every service price, so you never need to buy your own label.
How is my repair order prioritized?
Orders are worked in the order units physically arrive at the shop, based on the tracking number tied to your shipping label — not the order forms were submitted in. Choosing Priority shipping gets your unit here faster, which naturally moves you up the queue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship Standard turnaround only (Priority is U.S.-only) and are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — any customs duties or import fees are billed directly to you by the carrier on delivery, not collected at checkout.
What do I send in for an ECM repair?
Just the ECM itself for most repairs — no wiring harness needed. Pack it in the original box or bubble wrap and attach the shipping label we email you after checkout.
How long does a repair take?
Standard repairs typically run 2–4 weeks once your unit arrives at the shop. Priority/Express orders are turned around in 1 week to 10 days.
What vehicles and units do you support?
We offer ECM Repair — Knock Circuit for supported Keihin ECMs (Honda GL1800 Goldwing, ST1300, NRX1800 Valkyrie Rune, CBR1100XX Blackbird, CB1100F/X11, AquaTrax Jetski), Gen5 GL1800 Radio Repair, and connector/housing repair.
How do I figure out my model?
Check your bike or PWC's VIN/frame tag — usually on a plate under the seat, near the steering neck, or stamped into the frame — it lists your exact model and year. Your owner's manual or registration works too. If you're ordering an AquaTrax repair, you also need to know whether your ECM is 2-Plug or 3-Plug; see the part-number list on the ECM Repair page to match it by model and year without removing the ECM.
